On 28th of August at 5pm we will start the term with a one-week training camp to prepare for the new season.
The sessions will be two hours long, focusing on creating a foundation of fencing skills that can be built upon, and a lasting fitness-base that will be needed for the coming season.
Fencers- prepare for the gruelling work out! We will mainly be working on footwork, hand-dexterity, sparring and strength training.
Make sure you bring a bottle of water, a towel and a spare t-shirt with you!
