Code Of Conduct

All fencers must wear suitable kit that conforms to the appropriate safety standards for training and tournaments as defined by British Fencing. Please have a look at the equipment guidelines on our website.

All fencers must, when they are not fencing or practicing, carry their weapons either by the pommel with the points towards the floor or by gripping the point, with the weapon hanging down vertically.

Fencers can only fence/exercise if wearing indoor sports shoes, to keep the floor clean.

Please don’t leave any rubbish behind- water bottles, paper cups, wrappers etc. -  throw it away or take your rubbish with you.

All our classes are drop off/ pick up. Therefore, we ask parents to drop their children off 5 minutes prior to the class starting and to collect them 5 minutes before the class ends.

Although Knightsbridge Fencing Club has always welcomed family dogs, please note that it is strictly forbidden to bring them into St. Luke’s and its surrounding grounds.

Please note that we are not allowed to use the St. Luke’s car park - not even for drop off/ pick-ups.

We can't allow your child to attend fencing class if he or she is ill.
