Job opportunity:


Knightsbridge Fencing Club is seeking a passionate Assistant Fencing Coach, in a part time job opportunity, to join our team and to develop young fencing champions.


Working along with the Head Coach, the successful candidate is expected to teach our Foundation Class, age 4-7 years old children, where understanding the language of young children is vital.


Furthermore, teaching our Elite Class, ages 7+ where children are preparing for competitions, and in the Adult Class, where amateur adults practise for fun.


This is a wonderful opportunity for a junior coach to gain experience, while being supported and guided in an advanced team. Every session is in a fun environment with full of keen pupils.


The ideal candidate will have a positive, flexible attitude and be keen to work as part of a growing sport club.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and proactive, good with children, can juggle numerous tasks at once and pays attention to detail when it comes to safety of the pupils. Sport or teaching background is an asset.



Needed documents:


  • Right to live in the UK

  • Enhanced DBS checked

  • Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification in any weapon style

  • First Aid Course

  • Safeguard & Child Protection Course




Teaching children and adult in group sessions and 1 on 1

Organizing the fencing kit

Traveling to competitions and training camps nationally and internationally
